VicBob’s Maple Syrup Whipped Cream
1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp of VicBob’s Oak Aged Maple Syrup
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Use a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or an electric hand mixer. Whisk on medium-low speed until foamy, about 1 minute. Increase the speed to high and whip until soft peaks form, another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge until serving. Store leftovers in the freezer.
