Barrel Program
New Heritage Distilling offers the opportunity to customize a 10-gallon oak barrel! These private barrels are perfect for your club, retirement, wedding, or military recognition.
Your barrel is custom laser etched with your logo or design and filled with your choice of our apple brandy or maple syrup moonshine. The barrel is aged at 120 proof for 12-14 months in our distillery.
We offer bottling at your choice of 80 proof or 100 proof, and expect 50-70, 750-mL bottles per 10-gallon barrel, depending on the proof you select and the amount of the angel’s share.
Our private barrel program lower label will be customized with your name, barrel and bottle number.
Product must be picked up from New Heritage Distilling, LLC.
You can retrieve your empty barrel, or leave it for us to fill again for you.
The inspiration for this program began when our good friend retired from the Navy in 2021. To honor his service to our country and our friendship, our group of childhood friends gifted a 10-gallon barrel and filled it with our maple syrup moonshine.
