VicBob’s Maple Syrup Moonshine Balls

So you have to bring dessert but you wanted to bring the booze to the Christmas Party?

Need a yummy way to put up with the in-laws this Holiday season?

We have you covered!

Our version of the traditional rum ball – VicBob style!

 

11 oz Nilla Wafers
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ cup VicBob’s Maple Syrup Moonshine
2 Tbsp maple syrup

Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
¼ cup granulated sugar & 1 Tbsp cinnamon

In a food processor, finely grind cookies and walnuts and set aside.

In a large bowl, sift confectioners’ sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Add in cookie/nut mixture and mix well.

In a small bowl, whisk VicBob’s Maple Syrup Moonshine with the maple syrup.

Add to cookie mixture and mix well.

Chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, combine cinnamon-sugar coating.

Scoop dough and roll into ½ Tbsp size balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar.

Place on lined cookie sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours.
