VicBob’s Maple Syrup Glazed Carrots
14oz can of sliced carrots
2 Tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp of packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp of VicBob’s Maple Syrup of choice
Drain the carrots and set aside. Melt the butter in a small skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in the brown sugar and maple syrup, then the carrots. Let the carrots cook in the sauce for about 5 minutes. It will bubble up, and then reduce down to a glaze. Toss the carrots well and serve.
