VicBob’s AppleJack Manhattan

It’s Finally Friday and we are so ready for a drink after work!

VicBob’s go-to cocktail is the classic Manhattan on the rocks, but AppleJack style.

We serve our AppleJack Manhattans with 3 cherries, because as Vic’s Mom always said “a lady needs her fruit”

 

2 oz Oaked Apple Jack
1 oz sweet vermouth
Splash of maraschino cherry juice
3 Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Splash a little maraschino cherry juice in the bottom of a rocks glass. Fill with ice.

Add in the Apple Jack and sweet vermouth, and a few drops of water to top off.

Garnish with 3 maraschino cherries.
